Claire graduated in 1990, and joined Park Woodfine in 1993 she made partner in 1997 specialising in family law. She has always worked in family law dealing with children (private law), divorce, injunctions, financial matters and separation of cohabitees. She is a member of Resolution (formerly known as the SFLA) and has obtained accreditation as a specialist lawyer in children law (private) and financial provision, as well as being a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel. Claire is a qualified collaborative lawyer promoting settlement between couples away from the court system where possible.

John is a partner in WKH Chartered Accountants and heads the firm’s Taxation Services team, advising clients on many aspects of UK taxation. He qualified with Grant Thornton in Bedford in 1981 and went on to become one of WKH’s founding partners in 2001. He is a member of the ICAEW’s Tax Faculty and the Forensic and Valuations Special Interest Groups, carrying out tax advisory work and business valuations for WKH’s clients and those of other professionals. John’s expertise has been regularly called upon to advise on tax and valuation issues in matrimonial cases. He became interested in collaborative law and undertook collaborative practice training in October 2008.
